If you wish to return your purchased product/s please notify us immediately within 7 days of receipt of goods stating the exact reason for the return or refund request.
Please provide clear proof of original purchase with your receipt or with your payment documents.
We cannot offer a refund, return or exchange if 14 days has gone by since the purchase date.
NB: We do not accept returns or approve refunds if you have:
· changed your mind and no longer want the product
· ordered the wrong product
· ordered too many products
· found the product cheaper elsewhere
· found a better product elsewhere
· damaged the products ingredients or packaging themselves
Depending on the problem and issues at the time, we reserve the right to deny or accept returns, replacements and refunds.
If the return, replacement or refund of the product has been approved by our marketing department, we will notify the purchaser by phone or email.
We will only accept returns unopened, in-tact, and in ‘as dispatched’ original packaging.
Please note that we do not refund the original postage fees with the return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to us.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Upon confirmation that the goods have been received by us and inspected we will notify you if the return or refund has been *approved or rejected.
*If approved, we will refund your purchase amount within 10 business days. Or by mutual agreement provide a replacement product, if the replacement product is of less value, the difference will be refunded.
Should the product/packaging been opened, used or partly consumed we cannot offer a refund unless the product has been proven to be a manufacturing or processing fault.
Damaged or Faulty Products
We take care to pack your items carefully so that they won’t get damaged in transit. If, for whatever reason, they arrive damaged or faulty, we ask that you let us know within 7 days of receiving them in the mail so we may resolve the problem. If possible, please supply photos of the damaged goods.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund in the said time first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@sgdairy.com
Sale items (If Applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately sale items on our online shop cannot be refunded.
We are not responsible for re-sellers product prices and their advertised sale prices, sorry, be we do not “price match” as such.
