The Dairy Industry Association of Australia holds a competition each year for Dairy industry members, awarding both state-level and national leaders in the industry.
We are thoroughly chuffed to be winners of multiple gold and silver awards.
In the Female Leader category, the finalists are Alexandra Keith from Bulmer Farms, Laura Eddington from Little Bumble Wraps, Shelley Walker from South Gippsland Dairy and Jude Mayall from the Wild Food Farm. The winner will be invited to take part in the Women’s Leadership Program, run by Leadership Victoria.

With the COVID-19 pandemic, immunity has never been such a hot topic.
It's meant a family-run dairy south-east of Melbourne that produces colostrum is being overrun with enquiries.
Three years ago, Ms Walker and husband Neil, who milk 180-200 cows near Korumburra in the heart of South Gippsland, were looking for a way out of the dairy crisis.
Value-adding made sense but, with the market awash with boutique milk brands, the couple decided to take another course.
The answer presented itself when a mutual friend introduced them to Dairy Process Engineer Campbell Evans, who raised the idea of marketing colostrum.
